The high precision screw adjusts the width and narrowness to ensure that the transport guide rail is parallel to each other
Customized machine length according to customer requirements 6, customized stop number according to customer requirements
Transfer speed is adjustable
Adopt professional wear-resistant anti-static belt
Special electrophoretic aluminum profile guide
Countertop anti-static rubber to better prevent static electricity
The transfer motor adopts double step motor
Compatible with standard SMEMA interfaces
SMT standard docking station operation steps:
1 According to the width of the PCB board, rotate the screw with the hand crank to adjust the width of the guide rail (as shown in the figure below)
2. Turn on the switch, place the board on the guide rail from the left end, and observe whether the board is stuck or loose during operation. (If it is loose, the card continues to adjust the width, if normal, proceed to the next step
3. Observe the speed of the board, adjust the speed of the board by adjusting the head, so as to meet the production needs. SMT standard connection station fault inquiry:
a. The conveyor belt does not move: check whether the belt is tight or the belt is too loose. b. Drop the belt: test whether the pulley rotates flexibly and whether the screws are fastened. c. Transmission motor does not turn:
1. Check whether the power supply is normal and the indicator is on.
2. Whether it is in the test detection state, if it is in the test detection state, please test the detection switch or touch the left photoelectric switch.
3. Check whether the SPEED knob is too small and the speed is too slow to start. Note that the power supply of the device is AC220V/50HZ and whether the power switch is turned on
Maintenance (weekly)
Check if the conveyor belt is too loose and keep the conveyor belt clean. Keep width adjusting light shaft and screw clean.
Wipe off the dirty oil with a silk-free cloth or paper, and then lubricate the optical shaft and the lead screw. Test all button operation functions. Test whether the PCB transfer is smooth.
